Interesting. It looks like liturgical celebration and the visit itself combined also constitute a major social event for all the locals, not just the parishioners. Those uniform-like jackets seem to be their best dress reserved to special occasions. Folk singing and dancing are great. Your behind-the-scenes insights are real neat. Clergy dancing in cassocks and – most of all – The Bishop waltzing along look child-like and very sincere. Such party fun practiced by the ordained in public is something unheard of in our neck of the woods :-).
